[xquery-talk] issue in use-cases R

There is still an issue in "r" use-cases, that make
results of queries Q6, Q7, Q10, Q11 irrelevant for
most processors.

It comes from the may 2003 use-cases and has been
fixed in the latest version (aug 2003)

the use of fn:max function on data of type xdt:untypedAtomic
implies a string comparison (as far I as understand), but
the expected results are based on a numeric comparison.

The aug 2003 use-cases fix that by explicitly casting
the values to xs:decimal.
