[xquery-talk] Parse error - please help!

I don't think any useful purpose is served by declaring a default function
namespace - frankly I don't know why XQuery provides the option. If you set
this option then every call to a standard system function (e.g. name(),
concat(), etc) needs to be prefixed fn:.
