Qexo (http://www.gnu.org/software/qexo/) attempts to do streaming
when the compiler (or sometimes the runtime routines) can figure
out it is safe.

Earlier vesions of Qexo actually did a better job, but I've
disabled some optimizations until I can do a better job of
figuring out when they are safe.  The "framework" supports
streaming quite well, but specific operations may need work.
