Andrew,

We will be supplying a Oxygen XQuery plugin for Eclipse that uses the
DataDirect XQuery. Although not open source, I would be happy to add you
to our beta evaluation program so you can use our software through out
our beta period.

I realize there may be some partisan spirit here, but I am interested in
hearing what folks think is currently the best open-source
implementation for use within Java code.

I am an Eclipse developer, and use Xerces, JDOM, et al.
