[xquery-talk] XSLT 2.0, XPath 2.0 and XQuery 1.0 are Candidate Recommendations

I am pleased to announce that, on Nov. 3, W3C published  XSLT 2.0, XPath 
2.0 and XQuery 1.0 as Candidate Recommendations [1].

The XML Query WG is working to complete the XML Query Test Suite [2]. We 
encourage implementors of XQuery to download the test suite, build their 
test harnesses, execute the tests, and provide us with their results.
