[xquery-talk] Reason for XQuery

For example, I read that with galaxy I can use If, Else etc. But I also read
that with Saxon, I don't have this kind of clauses.  
 
Saxon 8.5 supports the complete XQuery syntax and semantics in the latest
working drafts, so if you read that somewhere, it was out of date.
